As of 2023, we have moved to mostly membership medicine hybrid style. Meaning, we have limited availability for non-members, however we believe in access to care for our patient population and will remain seeing non-members one day per week currently. At REVIVE Integrative Health, we value and embrace the patient-centered approach. We attempt to find the root causes of the problem and provide individualized treatments to our patients. Dillon Lambert, FNP-BC, strives to bridge the gap between conventional and complementary medicines to optimize your health and wellness.
We practice integrative medicine, which involves meeting patients where they're at and developing a complimentary treatment plan based on a patient's specific goals.
