As of 2023, we have moved to mostly membership medicine hybrid style. Meaning, we have limited availability for non-members, however we believe in access to care for our patient population and will remain seeing non-members one day per week currently. At THRIVE Integrative Health, we value and embrace the patient-centered approach. We attempt to find the root causes of the problem and provide individualized treatments to our patients. Dillon Lambert, FNP-BC, strives to bridge the gap between conventional and complementary medicines to optimize your health and wellness.
Our clinic offers a range of services, including primary care, chronic disease management, women's health services, nutrition, well child visits, and health education and outreach.
THRIVE Integrative Health does not prescribe opioid medications to its patients. If you are currently taking opioids, our providers will explore alternatives with you.
We practice integrative medicine, which involves meeting patients where they're at and developing a complimentary treatment plan based on a patient's specific goals.
We are a proud supporter of the LGBTQ community and provide culturally competent healthcare services for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender or Questioning individuals.
In addition to services listed above, we collaborate with other wellness providers, provide referrals, and offer limited cosmetic procedures.
We are committed to meeting your healthcare goals. We are here to provide health education using an evidence-based approach while incorporating a harm reduction philosophy. We feel strongly that everyone in our community should have access to equitable care that does not differ according to personal characteristics or beliefs. Dillon Lambert, APRN, is excited to be listed as a Dr. Green Mom® Medical Freedom Provider. We acknowledge that every patient has different medical needs and desires.
Update: Beginning March 1, 2022 we will no longer be accepting insurance. We do not plan to renew insurance partnerships due to the volatility of the current climate.
Why the switch to Membership Based Medicine? Increased access to healthcare with a dash of old-fashioned care & technology.
